Following on from previous successful projects carried out by Spacefit UK for Home Bargains, a further Home Bargains store fit-out has been completed in Durham.

We proceeded with flooring works which involved laying terrazzo flooring, grinding, applying floor protection, and polishing to finish off. Partition and floor lining works were then completed including a separation for the back of house area. Following this, the Spacefit UK team began with the mechanical and electrical works, air conditioning, alarms, CCTV installation and plumbing works. Ceiling works were carried out in the sales area and back of house followed by joinery works such as doors & frames and kitchen and office unitary. Decoration works and all internal & external signage were then completed. Following a freezer and chiller delivery, the Spacefit UK team installed all refrigeration equipment. Once all works were concluded, several site cleans were carried out to ensure the store was in pristine condition, ready to handover to our client. This entire project took 20 weeks to complete and our client was very pleased with the results.
