Re-fit of an existing Burtons store. This was a challenging programme which involved the strip out of all existing perimeter system. A new slab infill was formed and adjustments to existing staircase undertaken to increase sales area to the first floor. All fit out trades formed part of our works with the services trades direct to the client. We were instructed to carry out significant additional works with one week remaining on the programme. 24hr working on site was implemented in order to achieve a successful handover.
